mam problem zakupilem na gearbest.com telefon LANDVO L500S, przyszedl dosc szybko ale okazuje sie ze dotyk zle dziala - wlasciwie nie dziala wcale ale tylko wtedy kiedy zalozymy tylna klapke telefonu, bez niej jest prawie OK,
pod bateria jest wypuklosc ktora po docisnieciu przyciska od spodu wyswietlacz i dotyk przestaje dzialac,
opsialem temat chinczykowi i ten proponuje odeslanie tel do nich do naprawy na moj koszt, lub zwrot polowy kasy w formie kuponu znizkowego, lub wyslanie do mnie nowego tel jesli zaplace znow polowe kasy +15 usd za przesylke,
wydaje mi sie ze nie pownienem ponosci kosztow za tol ze wyslali mi cos uszkodzonego, dodatkowo oczekiwalebym ladnych przeprosin za to ze znow musze czekac bez telefonu,
doradzcie cos co zrobic w tej sytuacji, jak z nimi gadac, co sie najlepiej oplaca ? za ile i jak ewentualnie odeslac tel?
a moze ktos mial podobny problem z tym lendvo i udaloby sie cos zrobic zeby naprawic samemu? tel wyglada mi poprostu na niedbale poskladany.

Message: today I received a package.
Phone start well but there is a problem with screen touch, it just do not work when I'm put on back cover, battery seems to push too much on back of the phone, and screen touch look like still pressed on the center of a screen,
moreover under battery there is a circular convexity,when battery is locked probably it pressing the bottom of a screen,
please give me information how can You intend to solve the situation, I'm very disappointed because I really urgent need this phone,

Regarding the touch screen sensitivity and response, please follow the instruction:
Reset the phone to the original factory settings and try the following passwords: 1122, 1234, 0000 or 1111
If the touch screen is frozen during this, please turn off the phone and use another battery. Try resetting the screen again and let me know the result.
We will need to confirm the technical issue before accepting a product return; if it’s possible to provide technical support for the product(s), then we will always do our best to resolve it.

I will try your suggestion, but I doubt that will help. In my opinion there is problem with assembling, fitting phone elements,

and moreover I noticed missing one screw on the corner of the phone,
so I thing there was some problem with phone assembling

As you can see customer has to cover the shipping fees to send the item back. Once we receive the item we will refund the order in full.
2)Partial refund ( No return)
We can offer a partial refund of 50% your product value which is $35 on your wallet. This amount can be used for your future orders.
3)Resending a remplacement (No return)
We can resend you a replacement but we kindly ask you share 50% cost of item and the shipping fee.
The total cost will be 15 % of the product cost + shipping fee = $45.5 USD

I am very disappointed about options you propose
I bought the phone, and expects that it will work, the Seller should take responsibility for defective goods and costs associated with this, I can not bear the cost of returning the goods because it's not my fault. I need a working phone quickly I can not wait for the return repair and so on.
My expectation is: You will send me a good tested phone by the end of this week,
Then I send back the broken one, the costs of the return we can eventually share 50%.
I am a customer, please treat me seriously, because an one unhappy customer can discourage the hundreds of the other.
