Da się : Zamówienie z 15.04., spór założyłam 29.04. i 08.05. Ali uznał zwrot, bo sprzedający nie wywiązał się właściwie z zamówienia. Podaję jeden przykład, a miałam kilka sporów rozpoczętych przed końcem okresu ochrony. Tu akurat wybór niewłaściwego kuriera, ale miałam też inne potyczki i nie było problemu rozpoczęcie sporu przed upływem ochrony.
