Witam Państwa, potrzebuję Waszej pomocy przy przetłumaczeniu mi paru zdań. Chodzi mi konkretnie o przetłumaczenie następującego tekstu : "Prosiłem sprzedającego żeby skontaktował się z Singapur Postem i zgłosił zaginięcie przesyłki. Z maila jaki otrzymałem z Singapur Postu wiem, że sprzedający nie zgłosił zaginięcia paczki. W załączniku przesyłam screen maila z Singapur Postu, strony poczty polskiej oraz 2 innych stron monitorujących przesyłki. Chcę tylko odzyskać moje pieniądze".

I asked the Seller to contact the SGPost and report that the package has been lost. I got the information directly from the SGPost that there was no such report done by this Seller.
Attached please find the mail of SGPost, the Polish Post tracking and few more tracking pages results for this shipment.
I just want to have my money back.

Prosił bym jeszcze o przetłumaczenie tego: "To ty jesteś sprzedawcą i obiecałeś mi zwrot pieniędzy jeśli nie otrzymam przesyłki. Ostatni status przesyłki jest z 1 lutego. To chyba jasne, że przesyłka zaginęła i należy mi się zwrot pieniędzy".

You are the Seller, not me. You promissed me I will get the refund if I don't get the package on time. The last tracking status is Feb., 1st so it's quite obvious that the parcel must have been lost. I therefore should get full refund with no questions asked.

Mój spór zaczyna iść już w dobrą stronę, był dzisiaj u mnie listonosz z papierami do podpisania, w których mowa, że nie otrzymałem przesyłki. Mam więc nadzieję, że to już ostatnia wiadomość w najbliższym czasie, w której tłumaczeniu potrzebuję waszej pomocy. A oto jej treść: "Przed chwilą był u mnie listonosz. Podpisałem mu dokument o nieotrzymaniu przesyłki od sprzedającego. Wkrótce ta informacja powinna dotrzeć do was za pośrednictwem waszej poczty. Ja niestety nie otrzymałem kopii tego dokumentu i nie mogę go wam przesłać".
