Producer has put a 8mpix OmniVision OV8865 camera in this smartphone, instead of the 13mpix Sony one. I know this is not your fault, yet the description in the auction was incorrect. It is my intention to open a dispute with a refund request of 30-40$ before the Purchase Protection ends. Let me know if you accept such solution. Thanks.

I got the Elephone P3000S you sent me but there are two things I need to point out:
1. The camera is not Sony, but some other brand - the description of the product in in your store said otherwise. Don't you thing I should get some refund because of this?
2. Once the charger is plugged in the screen goes totally mad and there's nothing I can do about it. The charger must not work properly, the USB charging goes without problems. I would like to make a complaint for this charger. What's the procedure?

The manufacturer has installed 8 MPix OmniVision OV8865 camera instead of Sony 13mpix that was announced. I know it is producer's fault , but in fact the real item does not match the descrpition from the offer I bought. Before Purchase Protection will end I'm gonna start a dispute for a refund in the amount of ~30-40$. Please let me know if you accept such a solution of this problem?
