witam wszystkich!
założyłem spór na ali z powodu braku towaru po zamówieniu, następnie go eskalowałem. Jest to mój pierwszy spór i nie bardzo wiem co mam dalej robić. Dzisiaj otrzymałem następującą wiadomość:

Wysłałem telefon do Chin na gwarancje, do tej pory nie miałem problemu z pisaniem z nimi, jednak ostatniego zdania, które do mnie napisali nie do końca rozumiem.
"We've just received it and will inform you once it's fixed"
"Właśnie otrzymaliśmy telefon i poinformujemy Cię gdy....? no właśnie, na logikę biorąc to chodziło mu o "gdy go naprawimy", ale do końca nie jestem pewien, bo to powinno raczej brzmieć "when we fix it" Ma ktoś jakiś pomysł ?

Użył strony biernej, "once it's fixed" --> "kiedy zostanie naprawiony" [telefon].

W skrócie - Ali chce mieć pewność co do poprawności dokonywanych płatności. Weryfikują to dodatkowo i w ramach tej weryfikacji chcą aby im dostarczyć skan dowodu, prawka lub paszportu, skan przedniej części kart płatniczych, które kończą się na ww. numery i bankowych wyciągów dla tych kart. Skany w kolorze, wyciągi niekoniecznie.

Niestety lokalnie nikt nie chce się podjąć naprawy. Przesyłka do Chin to koszt około 10$. Jeżeli jest możliwe to wyślijcie do mnie nowy mechanizm.

proszę o przetłumaczenie
na koszulkach widać przy logach klej od naprasowanego loga, brzydko to wygląda i na pierwszy rzut oka widać, że to podróbka, wnoszę o zwrot kwoty za towar, gdyż wstyd w takich koszulkach będzie ćwiczyć! a na zdjęciach w aukcji nie widać tego, co wprowadziło mnie w błąd. Normalnie, gdybym wiedział, że tak niestarannie będzie to wykonane bym ich nie kupił.

there are some signs of the glue comming out of the logo which has been put there using an iron. It looks very bad and you can tell by the first look that this is some cheap counterfeit.
I expect to receive full refund asn I can't imagine myself wearing this in a gym. It was not visible at the screens in the auction. If I had known this was such poor quality I wouldn't have bought it at all.
