Też mam problem z TC - kupując w Gearbest cashback został naliczony prawidłowo. Następny zakup w Banggood i brak naliczenia cashbacku. Zgłosiłem problem i dostałem następującą odpowiedź :

I've just had a little look and there hasn't been any issues reported to us about tracking. Taking this and the amount of time from the click in to consideration we would have to assume that it has gone on to be untracked. I would have to regrettably inform you that it would be impossible for us to lodge a cashback claim or make a request for this untracked transaction as Banggood do not accept cashback claims.
We find that some merchants and their affiliate networks have decided against this form of cashback recovery. This could be due to the fact that they are unable to or do not wish to follow up any cashback that has been declined, untracked or incorrectly tracked. We at TopCashback have to respect this decision and this means that we cannot follow this up. I understand that you that this is a frustrating outcome for you and I can only apologise for this.
