1. Customers must first send a clear photo or video of the damaged or defective product, plus the shipping carton, before we can consider issuing a RMA authorization. After a few days stopped working speaker phone. Something of the speaker can be heard but very poorly. Do not they help the factory settings. What can I expect?

1 year warranty is a joke. My phone broke 3 months after shipping and Gearbest won't repair it.
