Jak wgrać ROM do GT-i9300?

Witam. Niedawno kupiłem ten telefon: http://www.sunsky-online.com/view/31521 ... 900MHZ.htm

Chciałbym do niego wgrać nowy ROM. Zauważyłem że jest tam plik do pobrania. Jak mam na niego wgrać ten ROM? Co potrzebuję? Nic przy nim nie grzebałem, nie rootowałem. Proszę o pomoc i z góry bardzo dziękuje :)

w pliku doc jest pelna informacja - zalaczam na koncu, po co sciagacie - jak nie umiecie znalezc tego co szukacie, lepiej nie zabierajcie sie za nic ! bo cegla z tego zostanie

w piewrszym momencie i jakby trzymam sie tego dalej - wierzyc sie nie chce, ze telefon z tv z proc 6515 moze obslugiwac androida 4.2 jb (bo takie pliki tam sa do sciagniecia)
i uwazam, ze jest to sciema !
Nastepnie, nawet jesli by sie udalo wgrac ten system na ten telefon - to zapewniam was, ze NIE bedzie to dzialalo na tym sprzecie !
kazdy system ! czy to windows czy to android ma swoje wymagania minimalne co do sprzetu i na takim sprzecie NIE bedzie dzialac nic powyzej wersji 4.0 !
daje swoje slowo, ze po wgraniu tego systemu - o ile jest to realne - wyzucicie swoje telefony, bo jak sadze - powrotu do wersji 4.0 nie ma, wiec jest droga tylko jednokierunkowa

1 Software version OTA package copied to the T card (do not unzip, directly compressed into T card)
2. T card into the phone needs to be upgraded
3 Press and hold the volume key on the phone to spend plus power button to adjust to the Recovery mode, press the volume down key OK.
4 If you enter robot interface appears, need to click the home button (home key is hidden feature)
5 Press the volume key to adjust to wipe data / factory reset, then press the Power button to confirm, and then adjust the volume key to Yes-delete all user data, press the Power button to confirm, will return to the main interface is completed after clearing
6 Press the volume key to adjust to wipe cache partition press the Power button to confirm, and then return to the main interface successfully erased
7 Press the volume key to adjust to apply update from sdcard and press the Power button to confirm, select OTA package from the SD card, press the Power button to install, will return to the main interface after installation is complete
8 Position the cursor back to the main screen and press the Power button to turn the phone on reboot system now, at this time T card upgrade is complete.
