2. At first it was stated that my address is incorrect, later it was said that every product is not in the warehouse and they will arrive in the next week. I did about 5 purchases there, only once I've been waiting longer for shipping, but it's enough to contact Anders on this forum and he can help when there are problems with anything, it only needs a little of desire to resolve a problem and not to instantly start bashing you.
