This is disturbing... Are You going to provide me with a refund for the price difference? I have payed for SE EXPRESS shipment and the ability to track the package.
It does not sound good to wait now for a long time without any real information if the package has been sent at all. I know you said you have but I already experienced the same with the original package when you said it has been shipped and in reality it happened a week later...

Please sort this issue out as I am NOT a satisfied customer at this point.

i am sorry for the problem. we will change it next time .the package is already sent. if there is sth wrong with the tempered glass screen protector again, we can ship you a new one again. thanks for your cooperation.

1. Does the phone is available for immediate shipment, and Expedited Shipping is available to have it in 3-5 working days?
2. Does the Umi Super comes with any warranty ?
3. I can see none of UMI phones have additional "2 years EU warranty" - why? - the rest of the phones (xiaomi) has the warranty option.

Hi, thanks for getting in touch. Grey version of UMI Super is in stock for immediate shipment. we can make shipment by Expedited Shipping in 3-5 working days (not usual days).
if you buy UMI Super, it comes with one year warranty in China. if you want, you can buy Two Year Warranty in Europe.
